How to install Pymol 1.8.2.0 on Windows 10 64 bit? Thanks to Christoph Gohlke from the Laboratory for Fluorescence Dynamics, University of California for the pre-compiled version of pymol available on his website (http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/) Download and install Python 2.7.X. It will create folder C:\Python27 . Download Unofficial Windows Binaries for Python Extension Packages for PyMol from the given link> http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/ PyMOL, a molecular visualization product for rendering and animating 3D molecular structures. PyMOL is a trademark of Schrodinger, LLC Requires numpy+mkl and PMW. OR Download ZIP file from the given link> http://tubiana.me/how-to-install-and-compile-pymol-windows-linux-mac/# And then Install all the required files with python command line. As of TODAY, six of the problems remain unsolved. A correct solution to any of the problems results in a US $1,000,000 prize (sometimes called a Millennium Prize) being awarded by the institute.
